By accessing and using BlackMoon Wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Products

BlackMoon Wear offers made-to-order apparel and accessories. Product images are intended for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color, placement, fabric texture, and garment sizing may occur during production.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. BlackMoon Wear reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. Orders may be canceled if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or technical issues are detected.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, text, and content displayed on BlackMoon Wear are the property of BlackMoon Wear unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

BlackMoon Wear is not liable for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Losses caused by inaccurate customer information

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Product Variations

Minor variations in:

  • Print placement

  • Color

  • Fabric texture

  • Garment dimensions

are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
