RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Custom artwork for shirts, hoodies, hats, posters, stickers, and more. Designed from your ideas and made to order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

At BlackMoon Wear, every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because products are custom-made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Eligible Replacements

We will gladly replace products that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging when applicable

After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the claim qualifies.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong color, design, product, or size due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the item received and your order number. Once verified, we'll replace the item at no additional charge.

Size Exchanges

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. Because every item is custom printed, we do not offer free size exchanges for customer ordering errors. If BlackMoon Wear elects to approve a size exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items

Returns We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by customers

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Product preference

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

  • Shipping delays outside our control

No Refund Policy

Because all products are custom manufactured after purchase, BlackMoon Wear does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
